Dr. Simmons has presented workshops for the National Education Association which is the largest union in the US. Dr. Simmons has also presented workshops for the Illinois Education Association, which is the largest union in the state of Illinois. Across these two Educator Alignment Project workshops, every participant rated the experience Good or Excellent, found the content relevant to their professional role, and indicated that they were likely to apply at least one strategy in their daily routine.
