Meet Dr. Marchelle
About the Educator Alignment Project
Dr. Marchelle Simmons is a licensed chiropractor and wellness educator with nearly two decades of experience helping people improve their health, function, and quality of life.
Throughout her clinical career, she has seen how stress, posture, nutrition, rest, and daily habits directly affect energy, focus, and performance. She also understands that educators work in demanding environments where traditional wellness advice is not always realistic or sustainable.
Through the Educator Alignment Project, Dr. Marchelle translates her clinical knowledge into practical strategies educators can use during real school days. Her engaging, interactive approach helps participants better understand their bodies, recognize patterns that contribute to fatigue and tension, and create realistic plans for lasting well-being.
The Educator Alignment Project provides practical, educator-centered professional development that strengthens staff wellness and effectiveness.
EAP moves beyond generic messages about self-care. Its workshops address the real conditions educators face—including stress, physical tension, fatigue, inconsistent nutrition, limited recovery time, and the challenge of sustaining healthy routines during busy school days.
Through interactive workshops, lunch-and-learns, workshop series, and customized district consultation, EAP helps educators and school leaders turn wellness concepts into practical action.
